If you are accessing the web dashboard with your Airthings account and see your Renew device as "offline" although it is turned on/connected, this is a known glitch in our system.

However, if you click on the device in the dashboard, you will be able to see the particle measurements in graph form like other products if your device has been connected to the new Airthings app!

To have the best experience with your Renew product, please ensure that you are using the updated Airthings app which can be downloaded now from the iOS and Android store.
