How to troubleshoot if your Renew and View Product are not connecting together.

If you are experiencing connectivity issues between your Renew air purifier and View Plus device, there could be an issue with the Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) network level of the two devices not aligning.

To resolve the problem, please ensure both your Renew air purifier and View product are on a WPA or WPA2 network. If the devices are showing on a WPA3 network, this could be the cause of why they are not syncing as expected.
