The Airthings app supports the three most recent versions of iOS. To ensure the best experience, we recommend keeping your iPhone or iPad updated to the latest iOS version available.
Android app version support
The Airthings app supports the three most recent versions of Android. For the best performance, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest Android version. Additionally, your device needs to support Bluetooth 4.2 or later to connect to Airthings sensors.
General recommendations
To get the most out of your Airthings devices, we recommend the following:
Always use the latest version of the Airthings app for the best features and bug fixes
Keep your Airthings device firmware up to date (our app will tell you when to update)
Where do I find my version?
On iOS: Open the Airthings app, go to Profile > App info. Your app version is listed there.
On Android: Open the Airthings app, tap the menu icon, then go to Settings > About. Your app version is displayed at the bottom of the page.
To check your Android OS version: Go to your phone's Settings > About phone > Software information.
