Sleep plays an important role in healing and repairing your heart and blood vessels. For that reason, if your sleep has been disrupted over a long period, it can lead to an increased risk of serious conditions. With the Sleep Disruptor focus in the Airthings app, you can gain insight into air conditions that could contribute to a better nights sleep.
This focus is available with Wave Enhance and View Plus monitors, you'll be able to identify and eliminate factors affecting your rest so you can create an optimal environment for your sleep.
Getting started
Select Focus under the Devices tab, then tap Sleep disruptors
This focus is only available for Wave Enhance and View Plus monitors.
Customize your sleep schedule
Select Change schedule to set when you prefer the Airthings app to analyze the data from the sensors when generating your sleep report.
To have the daily sleep report sent, toggle on Sleep report which will send a push notification to your phone notifying you when it is ready.
You can alter the sleep schedule timeframe anytime by selecting the focus again
View your Sleep report and read suggestions on how to improve your sleep
Suggestions include improving ventilation, lowering the temperature in your space, or regulating the humidity in your sleeping area for improved rest.

How do I turn off the sleep report?
To turn off your sleep report, tap the Devices tab, then select Focus. Go to the Sleep disruptor focus > Select "Change schedule" > then toggle off Sleep report.
Which sensors are used for the Sleep disruptor focus?
CO2, Temperature, and Humidity are used for Sleep disruptor focus and generating the daily sleep report.
*Wave Enhance will have additional light and ambient noise sensors that may affect your sleep*
Why am I not having my Daily sleep report sent?
The sleep report should arrive around 15 minutes after the end of your sleep schedule as a notification on your phone. If you are not receiving it, ensure the sleep report is toggled on properly first! Also, check your phone setting permissions to ensure they are granted to the Airthings app (iOS or Android) to allow notifications to be received.
