Reinstall the App: Delete and reinstall the Airthings app to make sure you have a clean, updated version.
Restart Your Device: Turn off your phone and switch it back on to address potential device memory or hardware issues.

Check your spam folder
If you entered in the wrong email, you will NOT receive a confirmation message. This is for cybersecurity reasons where hackers try series of random email addresses until they find a valid one
Then you should be able to reset and log into the app and see your devices.
