Unable to login to the Airthings app? Troubleshooting steps showing how to find the right email with your account.

If you are having trouble with logging into the Airthings app, or if you have logged in and do not see your devices, please follow the following steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. If you have the Wave Gen 1/Airthings Wave app, please go to Menu in the top corner and click "Account"

  2. View the email used on this app. This is the email associated with your Airthings Account which should be used to log into the new Airthings app.

  3. Next, please go to the new Airthings app, select "Log In".

  4. Enter in the correct email and password. **If you do not enter the correct email then there will be no error message that shows.

⚠️ If you forgot your password with your email, please click "Forgot your password?".

  • If you entered in the wrong email, you will not receive a confirmation message.

  • If you entered in the correct email for your account, a confirmation message will be sent. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

Then you should be able to reset and log into the app and see your devices.

If you do not have the Wave Gen 1 app, we can also assist with finding the email associated with your account if you can provide us with the serial number of your Airthings monitor.
