How to troubleshoot if your Renew or View Product are not connecting.

If you are experiencing connectivity issues between your Renew air purifier, there could be an issue with the Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) network level of the two devices not aligning.

To resolve the problem, please ensure both your Renew air purifier is on a WPA or WPA2 network. If the devices are showing on a WPA3 network, this could be the cause of why they are not syncing as expected.
