Cannot Connect: Resolving Issues

In the event that there is no connectivity to a cellular network OR that you are unable to connect to the app 📶

  1. Exit from the App by force quitting

  2. Press and hold the round button on the side of the unit for 3 seconds.

  3. The unit will beep, flash all 3 colors briefly and will beep one more time.

  4. This step initiates a new manual test.

  5. Once the test is complete, you'll find the new test labeled as "UNNAMED". Use the dates to guide you in selecting the correct dataset.

  6. Select the test and enter all the required information (name, address, etc.).

📌If needed, use the TRUNCATE feature to adjust test duration (start date & time, end date & time or both)
