Where are Airthings consumer products certified for use?
United States - FCC mark
Airthings products are certified with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) mark for use in the United States which ensures Airthings has followed the requirements of the Supplier's Declaration of Conformity authorization procedures.
EEA and Switzerland- CE mark
Airthings products have the CE marking and are approved for sale and use in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. It ensures that products sold in the EEA have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. CE stands for "conformité européenne" which means "European conformity" in French.
United Kingdom - UKCA Mark
Airthings products have the UKCA marking and are approved for sale and use in the United Kingdom. It ensures that products sold in the UK have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. UKCA stands UK Conformity Assessed.
Canada - ISED mark
Airthings products are approved for sale and use in Canada by the ISED (Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada). Read more here about ISED approval.
