Step 1 : Download the Airthings app
Step 2: Click 'Create account' at the bottom of the login page
Step 3: Fill out your full name, email address, and create a secure password
Troubleshooting Email Address Issues
If you are unable to create an account using your email address, ensure that you are entering it in all lowercase letters. The Airthings app may be case-sensitive when processing email addresses.
Username Availability
If you see an error stating that "every name already exists," it means the username you are trying to use is already taken. To resolve this:
Try using a different username.
Check if your email address is already registered in the system by attempting to log in with your email and password.
Step 3 : Enter in the six digit verification code sent to the email provided
⚠️ If you do not see the verification code in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as the email code may be there instead of your main inbox.
Step 4 : Your account is now created ✅
