In general, we fix or replace devices with factory errors that are noticed and reported without undue delay within the first 12 months after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • The US and Canada have a one year warranty

  • In the EU, there is a 2-year warranty by law

  • In Norway, there is a 5-year warranty by law

Please report any issues you are experiencing to our Support team where we will go through some troubleshooting steps to either get you back up and running or identify the cause in order to obtain redress under warranty.
