Q: I am having issues connecting my Wave monitors to the Airthings Hub, what should I do?
Ensure both your Wave monitor and Airthings Hub are in your account before configuring the Wave monitor to SmartLink connectivity.
Ensure your Wave monitor and Airthings Hub are located under the same "Home" in the app. If they are not under the same "Home", unpair your Airthings Hub and re-pair it to the same "Home" your Wave monitor is in.

Bluetooth must be enabled on your smartphone.
For Android, GPS location must be enabled for Bluetooth low energy to function properly. If it is already enabled, try activating Airplane mode for a few seconds and taking it off again.
You may not be close enough to the Wave monitor or there may be wireless interference. Keep your phone less than 1m / 3ft away from the Wave monitor and search for the device again.
If the monitor was already connected to an Airthings Hub, Bluetooth will not turn back on again.
Exit the “+ Add Device” screen and try to add the device again.
