Users might experience issues with the installation process due to an existing software/app installed on their PC. 

Please try the following:

1:  Uninstall the CRA SW;
2: Create a folder in the Windows (C:) drive;
3: Right click, NEW, FOLDER;
4: Name the folder:  c:\temporary
5: Reinstall the software and save it in c:\temporary
