Please be careful when purchasing used devices from any source. Devices bought on the secondary market are not subject to our warranty, as they may have been tampered with, or misused.

If you have purchased a used Wave that has not been unpaired by its previous owner, you will be prompted with this pop-up message:

If this happens, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@airthings.com with the serial number of your Wave/Wave Plus device and we will assist you further.
