Using the CRA Software for Diagnostics and Reporting
The CRA software is a Windows-based application that allows you to manage your measurements, generate reports, and send diagnostic files from your Airthings Pro instrument. While it’s now primarily used for tech support and diagnostics, it also serves as an alternate solution to the Airthings app and web dashboard for accessing and exporting your data.
What the CRA Software Does
Diagnostics: If you experience an issue with your Pro device, the CRA software enables you to export a data file that our support team can use for troubleshooting.
Report Generation: CRA can still be used to create and manage professional reports directly from your computer.
How to Install the CRA Software
Download and run the installer
Locate the.exefile and double-click it to begin the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.Connect your Pro instrument using the provided USB adapter
After installation is complete, connect your Airthings Pro to your computer using the included USB adapter.Important: Be sure to connect the device after the software is installed and before running it for the first time.
Open the CRA Software
Launch the CRA application. You’ll now be able to access your measurement data, create reports, or generate a diagnostic file to share with our support team.
