To view the data or create a report, you must have cellular connectivity and be within Bluetooth range of your device. Having another device (phone/tablet) connected to the unit will prevent you from connecting as only one device is permitted at a time. Otherwise you will not be able to connect to the App.
If you are within Bluetooth range and are unable to connect, then force quit the app and restart your phone. Proceed by connecting to the app. If this does not resolve the issue, force quit the app once more and press and hold firmly the round button located on the side of the Pro for 3 seconds. This will reset the unit and it will flash and beep. Once complete, try connecting to the app.
If the above steps do not work, force quit from the app and then put your device on Airplane Mode and try connecting to the app once more.
How to Force quit:

1- Go to Settings and tap Apps.
2- Scroll down through the list of apps and find the ones you want to stop.
3- Tap it and then select “Force Stop.” This will stop the app during the current session, though it'll relaunch when you reboot your phone.
