My Device No longer Detects the Pro

Here are some steps to try:

  1. Close the app on your phone/tablet

  2. Turn off and turn back on the phone/tablet

  3. Press and hold the round button on the side of the unit for 5 seconds. It will flash and should then connect to your device. Still no luck? Try:

  4. Remove the batteries for 30 to 60 min. Still no luck? Try:

  5. Connect the Pro to the CRA software to verify the error code.
