Here are some steps to try:
- Close the app on your phone/tablet
- Turn off and turn back on the phone/tablet
- Press and hold the round button on the side of the unit for 5 seconds. It will flash and should then connect to your device. Still no luck? Try:
- Remove the batteries for 30 to 60 min. Still no luck? Try:
- Connect the Pro to the CRA software to verify the error code.
