Airthings Calibration Lab - USA

United States

Updated this week

Airthings is proud to offer its very own U.S. radon laboratory services. Located in Massachusetts, our new NRPP and NRSB certified radon chamber and lab experts are ready to ensure that your Corentium Pro instruments provide the best accuracy during every single radon measurement.

No Monthly or Subscription Fees

The Corentium Pro does not require any monthly charges or subscription fees after the initial purchase. Once you buy the unit and set it up, you can begin using it without worrying about ongoing subscription costs. This makes the device both straightforward and cost-effective to operate.

Calibration cost: Calibration is required annually to maintain accuracy. Ensure to have all the serial numbers of your units that require calibration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In order to maintain the health of the Corentium Pro, all units memory will be erased. Please follow the instructions below as failure to do so will result in the loss of your datasets.

  • App Users: Prior to sending your Pro for calibration make sure that you have FINALIZED ALL of your datasets that are on the Pro. You will be able to retrieve all reports and datasets that were used with the new app by accessing your Pro Dashboard in the ALL DATASETS section.

  • CRA SW users: Connect to CRA and save all of your datasets one-by-one for if needed later. These are also known as Cor files.

NOTE: This service is for US clients only and is provided by Airthings Labs. The average turnaround time for calibration is 1 week plus return shipping.

In summary, the Corentium Pro is free from recurring subscription fees, with the only ongoing cost being the annual calibration. This simple cost structure helps users budget effectively and rely on the device for accurate readings.
