Corentium Home: the display flashes dashes but there are no readings

Updated this week

During the startup phase, the display shows up to 4 flashing dashes indicating the time left until radon levels are shown. The dashes serve as a countdown before the first radon reading becomes available.

In this phase, your Corentium Home is functioning and gathering data on the indoor environment. Depending on the indoor radon levels and environmental conditions, this startup phase typically takes up to one day.

Keep in mind this is just your first indication and we recommend measuring for at least one month to begin to really understand your radon levels and understand if action is needed, check out our article here: How to respond to your radon levels for more information. If the flashing dashes persist beyond 48 hours, consult the user manual or contact Airthings support for further assistance.
