If your Home radon detector is showing an error message or a specific error code, please try the following:
Put the device in a dry location in room temperature. Keep it there for 24 hours.
Press the reset button on the back of the device. See if the device now works as intended.
If step 2 didn't work, take out the batteries, wait for 30 minutes, and reinsert brand-new alkaline batteries from Duracell or Energizer.
If this does not solve the problem, your device has a critical issue.

Take a picture of the front of your device showing the error code, and the back of the device with the serial number showing.
Find your invoice for the original purchase of the device.
Send the serial number, pictures of the front and back of the device, and invoice to the Airthings customer success team.
