Setting your location in the app (error message)
When you are setting a location for your home, you will encounter an error if the country you are trying to select does not match your account location.
The account location was selected when you initially set up your Airthings account, which could be some time ago, and we understand that things might change over time.
How do I update my location?
To proceed with setting a location for your home that does not match your account location, please contact Airthings Customer Support to update your account location.
Contact us using any of the options below:
Chat with us in the app (open Settings -> scroll down to support -> select "Contact")
Click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the Airthings website
Email us at support@airthings.com
When that is done, you can set the location of your home with the Airthings app
Open Settings then select "My Homes"
Select the home you want to update and enter in your location
Then you are all set to go!
