Issue
If your Airthings monitor's glow light is flashing white or acting in a way out of the expected behavior of the monitor, these steps can be followed to resolve this problem.
Troubleshooting steps
Step 1. In the Airthings app tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the app screen.
Step 2. Select Devices, then select the monitor that you are experiencing the glow light issue with.
In this example, we will use a Wave Mini.
Step 3. Make the monitor flash by waving in front of the monitor 👋, or pressing, to ensure the device is on.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
If step 3 is not followed, then the steps below will indicate an error screen. It is important that the monitor is awake and has flashed prior to selecting the troubleshooting button to ensure the connection is working as expected with the app.
Step 4. After waving in front of the monitor, under the monitor's settings in Troubleshooting, tap 'Glow light indicator'.
By tapping this section, this will launch the glow indicator troubleshooting event.
Step 5. Select 'Reset glow light indicator' button at the bottom of the screen.
Troubleshooting success
If the following steps above are followed, you will see a success screen indicating that the reset was completed on the light.
