Business app: unpairing a device

  • Open the Airthings for Business app on your device.

  • Navigate to the section that displays the problematic device.

  • Remove the device from your account by navigating to the device settings and clicking on the bin in the top right corner.

Past measurements are still accessible by navigating to the building in the web dashboard and scrolling to the bottom of your device list.
