If you've already attempted the usual troubleshooting steps mentioned in our troubleshooting guide, but your Space Plus still won't connect to the Hub, there is one final solution you can try. By unpairing the device and then onboarding it to your account using the business app, you can potentially resolve the issue. This step is advantageous because it ensures that the device receives the correct region setting and understands the specific radio frequency it should use to communicate with the Hub. Follow the instructions below to proceed with this solution:
First, you need the Airthings for Business App, download it by scanning the right QR code below:
Open the Airthings for Business app on your device.
Navigate to the section that displays the problematic device.
Remove the device from your account by navigating to the device settings and clicking on the bin in the top right corner.
Once the device has been successfully removed, proceed to add it again using the Airthings for Business app:
Ensure that the device is placed in close proximity to the Hub and leave it there. Keep in mind that it may take up to 8 hours for the device to establish a connection with the Hub.
