The Hub is offline or not working

Hi!

The Space Hub is the heart of the Airthings Ecosystem. It acts as a connector for your Airthings devices and brings them online. When the Hub is not powered or not connected, the data of the devices will not be sent to the cloud.


If you're sure the Hub is working, you can go to the following step: My device is not working.

The Hub has 3 lights and they all need to light up:


You can use this flowchart to check why the Hub is offline and get it back up and running!

After you connected the Hub to the cloud, we recommend taking a look at the devices to see if they all work and are connected with the Hub. Here you find a troubleshooting guide for the devices.
