33% connection failure indicates that the Corentium Pro's memory is full and a rewind is needed.

Follow the steps below:

1) Connect to CRA SW

If you do not have CRA on your Windows computer, click here. Mac users please refer to this article.

2) Do all of your backups! A rewind will delete the Pros memory and the contents will no longer be available on the unit once everything is erased. Plan accordingly and save your reports.

NB: If you require access to a dataset and need to create a report, use the CRA REPORT WIZARD to create the PDF report prior to the rewind.

3) Unplug from CRA and connect to the Pro.
