The official Airthings App for Smartphones should only be used by consumers with consumer products. Do not use that app with Business devices! For Airthings for Business, it's strictly recommended to only use dashboard.airthings.com. However, there is a neat way to create a home screen icon that can provide easy access.
This is how it's done with iOS (v13.6):
Use the Safari browser to navigate to dashboard.airthings.com and log in.
Click the "share" icon in the bottom menu of the browser
Click "Add to Home Screen"
Name the shortcut
Voilá! 🎉
This is how it's done with Android (10):
Use the Chrome browser to navigate to dashboard.airthings.com and log in.
Click the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner of the browser
Click "Add to Home Screen"
Name the shortcut
