If your order hasn't arrived yet, we're here to help. Here's what to check and what to do.
📦 Estimated shipping times (from dispatch)
USA: 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET are usually dispatched the same day via UPS.
Europe / Rest of the world: 2–5 business days via DHL Express. Orders are dispatched the next working day. Up to 7 working days for Asia.
Haven't received a shipping confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder first — our shipping emails sometimes end up there. The subject line looks like this:
AIRTHINGS | Order 0000000000 | Shipped
If you still can't find it, there are a few possible reasons:
Your order may still be processing
There may have been an issue with your payment
Your order may have been cancelled
The confirmation email may not have been sent correctly
In any of these cases, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Tracking shows no movement or your package seems stuck?
Carrier delays happen occasionally, especially in remote areas. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or shows "out for delivery" for more than 2–3 days, please reach out to us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you receive your order.
