Instructions on how to connect with the customer success team with your questions and feedback.

Our current schedule is Monday-Friday from 6 am until 12 am UTC. This means we currently cover 18 hours every day, for 5 days a week.

If you are not familiar with timezones, this is what our schedule looks like in your area:

  • 11 pm - 5 pm (+1) Pacific Time (Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver)

  • 1 am - 7 pm Central Time (Chicago, Minneapolis, Texas)

  • 2 am - 8 pm Eastern Time (New York, Washington DC, Toronto, Miami)

  • 7 am - 1 am (+1) GMT+1 (London, Dublin)

  • 8 am - 2 am (+1) CEST (Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Paris)

  • 2 pm - 8 am (+1) GMT+8 (Hong Kong, Singapore)

There are different ways to get in touch with us. The easiest way is to use the chat widget.

You can chat with us by clicking on the chat widget located on every page of Airthings.com.

If an agent is immediately available to chat, you can simply ask your question or leave your feedback. If no one is available, you can leave your message and email address and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours.
