Our current schedule is Monday-Friday from 6am until 12am UTC. This means we currently cover 18 hours every day, for 5 days a week.

If you are not familiar with timezones, this is what our schedule looks like in your area:

  • 11pm - 5pm (+1) Pacific Time (Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver)

  • 1am - 7pm Central Time (Chicago, Minneapolis, Texas)

  • 2am - 8pm Eastern Time (New York, Washington DC, Toronto, Miami)

  • 7am - 1am (+1) GMT+1 (London, Dublin)

  • 8am - 2am (+1) CEST (Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Paris)

  • 2pm - 8am (+1) GMT+8 (Hong Kong, Singapore)

In your Airthings Wave App, there is a "Support" section: you can find it by tapping on the hamburger menu on the top-left corner of your screen. Here you can chat with us just like you would on the Airthings website. The team will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
