There are different ways to get in touch with us. The easiest way is to use the chat widget. Please note that support is available exclusively through email and chat.

Things to have ready:
- serial number of your device
- copy of proof of purchase

You will be able to talk to our virtual agent and/or one of our team members.

You will be able to leave your message with your email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible

In your Airthings app, select "Settings" on the bottom right corner and then select "Contact" under the Support section.
