How do I contact support

Instructions on how to connect with the customer success team with your questions and feedback.

Our current schedule is Monday-Friday from 6 am until 12 am UTC.

There are different ways to get in touch with us. The easiest way is to use the chat widget.

Things to have ready:
- serial number of your device
- copy of proof of purchase

💬 Chat

You can chat with us by clicking on the chat widget located on every page of Airthings.com.

Note: this is not a live chat.

You will be able to talk to our virtual agent and/or one of our team members.

You will be able to leave your message with your email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible

In your Airthings app, select "Settings" on the bottom right corner and then select "Contact" under the Support section.
