In general, we fix or replace devices with factory errors that are noticed and reported without undue delay within the first 12 months after delivery.
The US and Canada have a one year warranty
In the EU, there is a 2-year warranty by law
In Norway, there is a 5-year warranty by law
All Airthings monitors (Renew excluded) are eligible for a free 5-year warranty. All you have to do is register your device within 30 days of purchase. Please have your valid proof of purchase available.
