Can I Modify My Order After It Has Been Placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change the items in your order, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the desired items. This ensures that your order reflects the correct products and quantities.

Steps to Change Your Order:

  1. Cancel your current order through the order management section of your account.

  2. Place a new order with the updated items.

Please note that the ability to cancel an order may depend on its processing status.

If the order request has already been sent to our warehouse, or has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. For further assistance, contact our support team.
